How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours on a next day delivery (mainland UK only, subject to postcode. So please allow up to 5 working days to receive your order if you aren’t within our selected postcodes).  Please do contact us if you are not sure your postcode qualifies.

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed an order?

Because of our fast turn-around, unfortunately, you cannot change the delivery address once you have placed an order. If you would like to contact us, we will try and help you the best we can on +44 (0) 1953 668 968.

My UK Stove Fans product is faulty. Do I get a refund, or can I get a replacement?

In the unlikely event that your product becomes faulty, please contact us so we can advise you further on either sales@ukstovefans.com or on +44(0)1953 665 555.

How do I return a product?

You have 30 days from the date of payment to return your product. If you wish to do so, please get in touch as soon as you can on +44 (0) 1953 668 968. If the product does not meet your requirements, it will only be accepted if the product is in an unused resellable condition and it’s in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

Unfortunately, we don’t ship outside the UK at the moment, however, we have plans for it in the future!
